About Me

Blythin is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA) License MA56947, and Associated Body & Massage Professionals (ABMP)

Her advanced certifications include, yet are not limited to: Sports Massage and Kinesio Taping, Active Isolated Stretching, Cranial Structural Integration, and Lymphatic Treatments. She also does Orthopedic and Medical massage, and is a certified Flexability Coach, Medicupping and Warmed Bamboo practitioner. She is certified as a Personal Trainer, and Conversational Guided Imagery Healer. In addition she provides Pregnancy and Infant massage, having been a Childbirth Educator (Lamaze) and a Doula for over over thirty-five years.  Her common thread is compassion and empowerment through all modalities she has chosen to specialize in. She has received advanced training in all areas offered.

Blythin is active in the FSMTA Sports Team, participating with her team to provide pre and post massage for various sports events.  She is recipient of the 2016 FSMTA Humanitarian Award.  Blythin is also an active volunteer with our wounded military, providing services with Operation Second Chance, Wounded Warriors and Bionic Warriors.

Originally she received her BS degree in Education, and continues to provide educational information as the basis of her work. Having certified as a Personal Trainer she is able to suggest appropriate exercises to support the balance that her clients strive to achieve.

Blythin has taught school, worked with live animals, built Nature trails, been a Director of Education at a Museum and a Land Trust. She was a Girl Scout and a Girl Scout Camp Director. Upon moving to Florida in 2007, she moved into her passion for facilitating healing people emotionally and physically.
